Face Yoga works by targeting several sub-layers of the epidermis, or the outer layer of the skin. It is believed that the Face Yoga exercises:

  1. Increase oxygen to the skin Boost blood circulation
  2. Stimulate the production of elastin and collagen
  3. Reduce tension in the facial muscles
  4. Face yoga helps to lift and firm the muscles under the skin, which smooths lines and wrinkles
  5. It helps to boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, and release tension

Each exercise has to perform three times for the best result and It’s recommended that the exercises be practiced six times a week for 10 minutes a day for the best results.
